Pretty spot by the college, affordable... complex and community is terrorized by a mentally ill tenant who they refuse to evict. Don't consider if you have children, or want to be in peace.

Could be better

A lot of things could be done better of course, like snow removal could be more timely and pay more attention to detail. Offer better pay to maintenance personal so they stick around longer. Tina the onsite manager has been great to deal with.
