Great location. A little loud from neighborhood business next door, racing cars in next door parking lots. Nice mail and package room. Good gym. Entrances could be cleaned more frequently and trash cans emptied. Overall good but overpriced IMO.

There've been ups and downs in terms of maintenance and keeping up with landscaping or supplies in the gym, however it's been kept up very well for the last 6 months or so. I would highly recommend this building to live, with the location and quality of the building. Can't hear a peep from my neighbors, and get quick responses to any concerns or questions I have.

I've only lived in The Eddy apartments for about a month but so far the experience has been amazing. Great, clean common areas, a full gym, and friendly staff & neighbors!

Great place to live! Amazing location right on the river. Walkable and bike-able to downtown and a bunch of other areas of town with restaurants, parks, and venues. Really close to a grocery store. The apartment itself is newer and the appliances all work great. Love that its pet friendly too! Not great for guest parking.

The noise at this location, starting everyday before 7 am and ending after 10, is unbearable.

General Expectations have been met. The noise on my level is relatively quiet, however, the upstairs can be pretty loud. My carpet I don't think got properly washed prior to my move in. It has a funky odor but other than that, everything is up to code for me.
