Apartments are a great price for Bend! Management is nice but the apartments are a little old. I'm happy there is a pool and gym available but some of my neighbors vandalize things around the complex.

Pinewood is a nice place to live for a reasonable price in Bend. Most of the tenants are quiet and are pleasant. Unfortunately, the pool and gym have not been open during my stay, so I've never been able to partake of these amenities. It would be nice to see these opened up more than when the office is open. This would provide people that work during the day an opportunity to utilize them. I do wish they would move smoking off the property. I consistently have smokers (although ten to twenty feet from the apartments) smoke coming into my windows. If you like quiet neighbors and a decent sized apartment for the price, I'd recommend these apartments to others.
