Has a lot of potential

Location is good. My 1 bdrm is insanely small with only 1 closet & that's in the bedroom. Zero storage for a broom, vacuum, linens or anything else you might have besides your clothes. Parking is interesting. Apartments are not near your parking space. There is overflow parking for guests. Alot of renters have at least two cars which leaves no space for any company that you might have so they must park in the street which is limited . The rent is not outrageous but I expect increases over time. Utilities are a fixed addition to rent. There is air conditioning & heat but it's a big eyesore in your living room like they have in hotels. If you're lucky enough to have a patio to sit on in the summer & you have your air conditioning on the heat from that blows out on your patio so you can't sit there cuz it's too hot. You can't have your pet off leash yet they allow children to run around off leash. The grounds could be very nice & where the grass is it's okay but they do absolutely no landscaping. There is no outside water except in a couple of places so if you have flowers or plants outside you have to haul the water from inside your apartment. There are laundry facilities on site but but not all buildings so you have to haul your clothes over to another unit. Each apt. has a storage unit above their parking space under the carport but the locks are flimsy $ units are metal so you can't keep much in there unless it can stand the heat in the summer & the cold in the winter. Alot was not completed in my apartment on move in. Parking lot has several large potholes everywhere not fixed so it's an obstacle course. As I said in my title the place could be nice. I'm sure the managers abilities are limited by the management company that oversees. There also seems to be a lot people constantly moving in & out.

Parks on The Green is a wonderful and clean community! The floor plans are fantastic! Our neighbors are kind and friendly. The laundry facilities are clean and there are many to choose from. This has definitely been one of my most favorite places to live. I feel safe, valued by our management team and included in our community. Our management and maintenance team are truly wonderful! They are kind, thorough at their jobs, efficient with work orders and reply so quickly when asked a question whether by email, phone or in person. We love living here and you will too!

Wish it was better

I feel like this place could have been better. The apartment was gross when we moved in. We were told we could have the washer moved out, but we need it. So I cleaned all the mold, dirt and hair out to use it.
