Don't bother

You can polish a turd. But it's still a turd. Clearly they took every single short cut they could building this place and now living here it's obvious they will take all the same shortcuts in providing services, case in point - snow and ice removal, good luck getting to your parking spot either in your vehicle or walking without sliding all over.
