11 Yorkville Avenue

I do not have anything negative to report on this condo. I have lived here now for 10 months, and have no complaints. I am retired and slightly handicapped, and all the staff I have encountered have been friendly and professional. My live in a 6th floor one bedroom barrier free unit which is designed for individuals with physical disabilities like myself. I find the building quiet, and most residents are very respectful of others who live in our community. The amenities are top grade, no expense has been spared. The amenities provide many activities for the residents of the 11 Yorkville community. Excellent gym, yoga room, lap pool, and whirl pool, steam room, sauna, and spacious outdoor areas. There is also a kids playroom which I find useful if you have young children visiting. There is a theater, games room, Zen Garden, and a massive lounge with bar, dining room, and a grand piano. It is a very elegant room for a large party. Note the room is open to residents to sit and relax when the room is not in use for a function. There is a commercial kitchen, and a wine locker as an added bonus.

Building is nice, but amenities are difficult to use (additional charge on top of maintenance fees, pool being constantly unavailable) and too many requests to enter my unit which is disruptive to my daily life, especially since I'm working from home.

Been living at this location for almost a year now. It's a beautiful building located in the heart of the downtown core and is also conveniently close to the subway line. Would strongly recommend looking into to this building and scheduling tour.

Comminication with management is poor. Tried many forms of contact, but not response. Elevator doors are too quick to close and cause many people to stay stranded.
