Have Honestly Enjoyed It
I've lived in this building for 5yrs+ & can honestly say I've really enjoyed it. The amenities could be a little stronger & the lobby tells you you're in an older building, sure, but the staff has always really nice & helpful, & as an older building the units are well sized (you're unlikely to find such balconies!). Plus, you can't really beat the downtown location, access to great food options, & easy transit no matter where you're going. Not to mention I feel most people here have been kind & friendly. I've had a great time. If you're a decent person, I'm sure you will too!
This place has downhill
This place is declining rapidly in cleanliness and random homeless people coming in and out of the building at all times,Vandalism and general upkeep
NOISE
The 2nd floor is extremely noisy...people have no respect for others,,, There is constant door slamming day and night as well as loud parties to all hours of the night next door to me on both sides and also dogs barking ...there are 3 dogs that bark after 11 pm and also early in the morning... Then there is a couple with a young daughter that has the daughter run up and down the hall screaming early in the mornings waking me up....when I asked the father said this is her excercise....I get hardly any rest and work late hours...Security has been called several times regarding the laud noises and dogs barking and has been great to stop it temporarily...5 min later it repeats..
