I would give it zero stars if it was possible. They said they had central AC, but forgot to say it is run by an external generator that makes so much noise day and night that it's impossible to stay in the unit. I've been having headaches the whole summer and have been unable to sleep. I am surprised the whole neighborhood didn't take the building to court over the noise level. The best proof that the management doesn't care about the comfort of the residents is that no one needs AC anymore, it's barely +18C outside for a week now, but the generator is still on 24/7. And don't get me started on all other renovations in the building, it's like living in a construction site. I don't know if it's due to corruption in the management or other reasons that the contractors hired to do the job take forever, and no one is following up with them to get the work done. All this discomfort for the same high rent I would pay in much better neighborhoods downtown, without a homeless people camp right at my doorstep in Allan Gardens Park.
