It would be better if there were an allocated service elevator in the building, Plus an exhaust system in the kitchen, it would be so helpful, please. The heating has not been active in bedrooms since day 1. It is only working in the Lounge of every apartment. Please fix the heating issue for bedrooms, Exhaust for the Kitchen, Air Conditioning in Summer and Service Elevator.

Went here to visit a friend and to have some ocular of the place as I am planning to rent a unit. Got surprised when I saw some people doing their carpet cleaning on the visitor’s parking lot. The parking lot was flooded with water and look very nasty as these people’s carpet were occupying 5 spots and their brushes and soaps were allover the places. Couldn’t even maneuver without asking them to move back. I’ve been renting places over the last 30 years of being here in Canada and just literally saw this kind of activity in this apartment. The management should not tolerate this kind of activity as this may cause unintentional damage to the vehicles that are parked in their promises.

I lived in 10 Grenoble Dr for almost 17 years. This place is close to my heart. Defentintly would recommend for new comers to this building. It has been more than 1 year but still missing that place. If my family is ready to move back I would ?? to do so. I MISS 10 GRENOBLE DR!!
