Its good but the maintenance response to my balcony getting fixed has been non existent

Lived here many years, Love my unit but the neighbours are very noisy all day and all night. Staff is friendly enough. Repairs - you need to be on top of everything and with constant reminders. Great location, good value for the money spent.

I have lived here going on 29 years. It is the best apartment building I have ever lived in. The landscaping is amazaing & the units are quite large. When you go out in the back of the building, there are many trees and hills. It almost looks like a resort! That's what many of my friends say when they come to visit me. The building is kept very clean and the staff is very helpful. The only thing I dislike is that when we have VISITORS, they charge for parking. This was due to some tenants constantly parking there, instead of their assigned parking spots. It's a shame that they ruined it for the other tenants.

Quick response to maintenance issues. Staff is loaded with compassion and heart for tenants. Very happy … except for lobbies not being fragrance-free. Artificial air-fresheners are too strong. Aren’t common areas supposed to be fragrance free zones

Lived in this apt., for 7 years and 5 months. Lived in unit 307 in the townhouse complex for 45 years prior to my husband’s stroke when we had to move to apartment as he could no longer manage stairs. Frankly I must admit I greatly miss having a garden, my own washer and dryer, and find apt.,living noisier, especially given all the renovations, staff changes, etc. I am aware that it must be difficult to run a complex of this size and the pandemic has not helped, but sometimes I do wonder why management does not check work done to make sure it is done properly before paying for it. Perhaps that is due to staffing shortages.
