It's just great honestly, super cheap on my income (percentage of annual) no utilities besides electricity, wired internet, and very spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a lot of closet space. Only issues I can think of is that you're right across from a school so recess time might be a noise issue for you, I don't mind it. Also no dishwasher or laundry machines in the apartments, they do have a laundry building on the property though, it's 2.50 to wash and dry for the cheapest machines, quarters only. There's also a very small enclosed playground on the property along with a bike rack. The groundskeeper is very nice and takes great care of the property :)

Its been good, not to much noise, but neighbor behind is a doouche but its all good.
