I love the quiet location, I love the apartment layout and general site layout and appearance. However, as a 3 bedroom renter, there is no current working garage for my rental(who has more than one?), and the lot parking is all but full. No one can even visit you without walking from afar - winter remains to be seen. No elevator for moving.
