The public uses our dumpster, there is dog poop everywhere. The gate on yhe dog psrk doesnt close People pull hard on the door to get in , snd dont use their keys. We cant use the wash bay, an amenitie we cant use Managers friend’s park their vehicles in the parking garage. Sll the managers do is hide, if the office door, is open snd a resident walks yhrough the lobby they close the office door. They wouldnt have to hide , if ghings wrre taken care of, and tesidents got what they paid for.
