maintenance, did a very good job on the AC in apt. 206, took a couple of months but they got it done and it works awesome. it works great now the way it should. i want to thank you Donald for sticking with it and getting it fixed. office staff thank you for keep sending them back until it is fixed. you can come and get the portable AC unit from my unit now at your convenience, but be careful the AC unit has water in it from the air of the apartment will need to be drained. i could not figure out how to do it without hooking up a hose to it. THANK YOU VERY MUCH Roger Byxbe.

Hi I am Roger Byxbe, The Maintenance guy that is filling in over at Dakota Commons is doing a wonderful job. The office gals are doing a great job of getting they have been doing a great Job also. Daisy, and Christina. The Parking is a little tight though in the parking lot.
