Welcomed With Open Gracious Arms

I have only lived here a few short months but if the welcoming management team is enough, they really are awesome more than accommodating, apartment is beatufiul and for north Dakota the ammonites are very nice, awesome gym, place for children to play, outside area spacious on balcony.... only thing it didn't have is a big walk in closet

Maintenance is beyond horrible!

The amount it cost to live here is outrageous if you considering the major lack in maintenance upkeep. The maintenance employee is a lazy lying guy that somehow is still employed. I came home to find that maintenance was in my apartment without my knowledge or approval fixing my dishwasher that wasn't even broken because he come into the wrong apartment at the completely wrong location. My washer has been broken now for over 2 month now. I spoke to the guy when he was in working in my ac and I brought up my washer and he said he would look and see about find one to switch it out for, but that was a month ago and I haven't seen or heard from him. But he is well aware it is broken. The first maintenance request i put in he marked it as complete and said he came and tested it and it works fine, whitch never happened and its definitely still broken. I have wrote 2 emails and now have made 3 maintenance request yet not a word in response from anyone in the office. They don't have time to fix my washer but somehow they have time to put tow stickers on vehicles that park in front of their office that are blocking the closest parking to their office so they don't have to walk across the parking lot. I also caught this same man hiding in the bathroom in the locker room playing in his phone, a few days later I went to do laundry in there (cause my washer is broken) and it smelt horrible in there so i looked in the bathroom and found that he had left pee in the toilet. It was obvious that it had been there a few days. Outside of the maintenance this place isn't bad at all. I would recommend not choosing Williston Gardens until they figure out how to improve the maintenance for their current residents.

Never answers the phone!! They are also never in office. Communication is poor between staff which makes it hard with follow up phone calls (if the phone call is even answered).
