Positives- Good location, Quiet, Maint. & Snow removal is timely. Negatives - Rent is High and Keeps going up .( Read your Lease) Added a garage charge in the middle of my last lease !

I was $168 short on my rent and they sent me an Eviction notice, rather than than the Late Fee According to the contract. When I applied for a lease renewal, they only applied 9 out of the 12 months I wqs going for.

Quick to move you in. Even quicker to move you out. They might want to abide by their Lease Agreements. Contract Violations can be rather costly.
