Yes the inside is nice but should be better! Carpets are so old they fall apart! Dog poop and pee everywhere including right outside the building door and sidewalks. Smells like sewage, trash is overflowing. No parking, No amenities except a small gym with no airflow! Office staff are rude! Broken door (glass everywhere). Way overpriced for not having anything except an apartment. Rent, Garage, water sewer and trash run you around $1600 $2000 with utilities.

Too expensive for the location. There isn’t any amenities besides a gym where there’s no air ventilation. Every amenity has issues or lack period! Dog poop everywhere. Smell sewage yet they overcharge. Garbage is always full. No parking!! Rent, Garage, Water, Sewage, Trash, Insurance all together(not including electric, internet) run over $1500. Not worth it as there’s nothing here!
