This is a very nice building with great units. The property and units are both well maintained. Before moving in, our unit received a full new set of appliances and lighting. The patios are sturdy and offer a beautiful view depending on your units location. It is situated directly next to a beautiful walking trail and nearby park. There are always parking spaces available, as well as an underground garage. There is a train that passes by regularly, (3-4 times per day), but we because used to the noise quickly after moving in and have grown to appreciate it!

I am very happy with my new home now that I am in it. However I must say that the response from the management was not that great, needs improvement.
