Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs for the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. Pretty but loud

Very nice looking apartments, the area is great - a lot of trails and greenery around. Balconies are nice, the workout room is decent. My biggest issue isthe walls are so thin that I can hear my neighbor sneeze. You can hear absolutely everything. I'm lucky in that I enjoy my neighbors music, but I don't think everyone would agree. The light fixtures rattle with every step the person above me takes. It's a lot of noise. Also, the hallways and workout room could probably be cleaned more often. Overall, I'm happy due to the location and the price, but I would not have moved here if I knew how thin the walls were.

Disappointed

We never got an updated picture of the floor plan. We couldn't get a tour until after we paid the deposit and after the current tenant moved out. When I applied for the apartment it said there was one garage available, I selected the 1 garage, but after I applied I noticed it didn't say that I had a garage, and eventually management told me we'd be put on a waiting list (why would it give me the option to have 1 garage if there was not 1 garage available for us?) I was very disapointed with the move in condition due to: poorly patched (still visible and not sanded down) holes, the paint job didn't look like it was fully completed (had to repaint), there was paint drops all over the entire wooden floor, the glass patio door didn't lock because there was no locking mechanism in the door frame, we were not told that only one of the bedrooms has a window, and the other windowless bedroom was missing the door for the closet (it had hinges, but no door), the refrigerator has dents all over it (they claimed the "dent" was from installation), and there's a big "rust" stain on the wooden floor. Lastly, the communication with management was poor. I constantly had to reach out to management for things like an updated floor plan (which we never got), and a tour (which we couldn't get until the tenant moved out and they painted), I would ask multiple questions in my emails to which I would either never get a response back or management only answered a couple of the questions but not the rest of them, management didn't really keep us updated, and I would constantly have to call their office and cell phone number (half of the time I'd have to leave messages and wouldn't get a call/email back). I thought that with the apartments only being a year old, that the move in condition would have been a lot nicer, but I was wrong. Hopefully this feedback helps and that this experience improves with time! The guy who works on site was very helpful as well as the Maintenance guy!

Great Management and Amenities

The 5th floor has a beautiful community room with options to grill out on the balcony, there is a gym accessible to tenants (its clean and rarely used so its awesome), the garage keeps the cars warm and snow free during winter (there is a fee for garage parking but its worth it), and pets are allowed!!! Also the internet is included and it is fast. Highly recommend this place
