My neighbors on both sides are super loud. Other than that my community is nice, the landlord is super helpful. I love it there

Each bedroom has a large closet and there are 3 additional closets in every unit for extra storage. Out of the 24 units, five will be funded through the TIF program. Residents applying for the TIF unit will need to income qualify. Please call for additional information.
SECURITY DEPOSIT + APPLICATION FEE A security deposit of $1000 and an application fee of $50/adult are due with the completed application. OCCUPANCY The maximum number of residents in a unit is equal to two persons per bedroom. In addition, each unit is limited to two adults per household.
