The location is great, all utilities work well and are high quality. Parking space is good, the only issue is downtown noise which is beyond the complex’s control I believe.

This is a very nice place to live if you enjoy Owatonna downtown or work near by. The only downsides to this apartment building is that it has a lot of issues you would expect from something as new. I moved in as soon as this place opened and we were told that we would be getting keyless locks soon and they have yet to come, the elevator is functional around 60% of the time, and there is decent issue of people propping doors open and letting strangers into the apartment. All of these issues are resolvable, but they should be known to fix

I have lived at the Pearl for about a year and it has been great. The downtown location is great and there are always fun activities happening nearby. The apartment is very modern and clean. The rooftop grill is probably our favorite amenity available. I would recommend the apartment to anybody looking.

I have lived here for almost a year now and have definitely enjoyed it. These apartments were opened shortly before I moved in, and it is nice to live in a place where nothing is rundown yet. The apartments themselves are spacious and layed out well. I haven't had to use maintenance very often yet, but the few times I have they have been prompt with arriving and solving the problem. There are only a couple downsides. Although there is an office in the lobby, it is almost never occupied. If you need to talk to a staff member, you will have to call them and make arrangements to meet them. The second is that they are somewhat close to train tracks with trains passing at all hours. Although, I'm sure you would have. a similar problem with other locations in Owatonna as well.

They are stylish, beautiful apartments. Nice layouts. Parking is somewhat of an issue especially with constant construction in the downtown area and on new hotel. Be prepared to hear outside noises from the Eagles Club at bar time if you face that side. Tenants are friendly and many commute home on weekends so it is quite. Would recommend. Just be prepared that a small garage is $125 extra, a pet $40, and storage room extra $25 a month. So a one bedroom can easily add up to $1300+ a month. But they are nice.

The building has a fitness center, as well as, the 4th floor has a terrace with a fire table, BBQ grills and a community room. There is plenty of parking with 42 surface parking spaces and 16 garages and 16 5x8 storage units.   Utilities included in the rent are Water, Sewer, Refuse, and Internet. Residents are responsible for payment of heat and electricity, and optional cable tv. Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs for the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the payment of first months’ rent, any pro-rated rent, or any deposit that might be required on the day of move-in
