South Pointe I Apartments opened their doors on August 1, 2018 in Owatonna, MN!   Utilities included in the rent are Water, Sewer, Refuse, and Internet. Residents are responsible for payment of heat and electricity, and optional cable tv. Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs for the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. Inside of building is well maintained but outside lawn & landscaping needs improvement.

Comfortable living

It’s quite for the most part. Neighbors are very friendly garage is close by and clean. Having your own washer and dryer has been really nice. And all utilities is also one bill
