Love living here. Easy commute to work and the staff are AMAZING! Townhouses are very nice and reasonably priced.

Although it is billed as retirement friendly, there are folks of all ages who live here. And other than the odd screaming kid (which kids are wont to do, not a complaint), the property is quiet, peaceful, and suits both mine and my wife's needs. It is well maintained and looks nice inside and out. Parking is a little iffy if you live on the actual street and have multiple vehicles during the winter (gotta love Owatonna alternate side parking) but overall I have no real complaints.
