It's surrounded by shopping and local businesses.   Utilities included in the rent are Water, Sewer, Refuse, Basic Cable TV and Internet. Residents are responsible for payment of heat and electricity. Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs for the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. Great Location, Quiet, Modern Apts.

I've been here for two years. Every guest I've had has complimented me on the layout and modern aesthetics of the apartment. I'm on the 1st floor but still have high ceilings, access to the outdoor patio/balcony was very convenient for moving in! Residents neighborly I'm always happy to come home! Plan to stay here for a while!
