Staff problem

The biggest problem with this place is the staff has decided that they own the place and laws do not apply to them. The first company did a great job working with people, the new management has decided to go scorched earth style and do whatever they please. Reports of apartments being walked into, gossip behind peoples backs, false stories about any person they deem as "undesirable" and even police being used to attack peoples ability to have a quiet life and their own little place. Also dont ever ask for them to review the cameras because they dont work, and if they do, they delete the video if anything happens and refuse to give non edited copies.

Golden Meadows has it all!

I've lived here for over 5 years and I can't say I've ever had a better landlord/management company!! They are friendly, helpful, and really care about their tenants. We've had a garden offered by the property for the last 4 years and due to my disabilities, it's been the best therapy I've found! There are very few problems with tenants, people are generally courteous, and I've truly loved living here! Due to the quality of the facilities and the "extra's" offered, it would make a wonderful home for anyone thinking of living in a relatively peaceful community. We're also located at the south end of town which makes it both a quieter neighborhood and further away from shopping centers and stores. A truly nice place to live and I'm not just saying that! Thank you to MBG Property Management for putting up with me all this time!
