Village At Park Avenue

For the amount of money that we pay for rent, the units should be updated more often!! There are a lot of things that should be replaced and they really need to do a vent cleaning, people come and go in those units and the vents never get cleaned out they are full of previous tenant pet hair and dust

I've been here two years and so far everything has been great!! just wish the kitchens would get updated and the appliances. The area is great, I feel like it's a safe neighborhood for my kids. Also i think it would be nice if they cleaned out the air ducts and vents not sure if they have ever been cleaned.

parking is horribble people always parked in streets blocking other peoples parking spots no managment or staff ever around to enforce things. something needs to change

We have lived here 8 plus years nothing gets done around here its dec 1 today and leaves just got partially cleaned up today, With no managment on grounds things are free for all with tenants they know no one is here to witness it. thinking of moving out unless things change.

lights in the back of are houses havent been complted in over 2 years live wires sticking out. grass looks like its always dead. There should be more community stuff to do around here like a fire pit for community use in the middle of the backyard wouild be a great way for neighbors to meet. A cookout every now and then. Give tenants the option to put in a water softner at there own expense.
