Very noisy and unkept

Very noisy community, dogs barking constantly. No lighting in parking lot, have to use cellphone light just to see after dark. 'Gated' community but gates are torn down and the main gate is inoperable, it just stays open 24-7. Laundry facilities are filled with mold, dust and are unusable.
