This is one of the better places I’ve lived with clean shared common spaces like a pool, lobby area, coffee station. Maintenance staff completes tasks in a timely manner and everyone is pretty friendly.

Great place to live!

We have been living at the Royale for close to 2 years and love it. The office staff and maintenance staff are wonderful. The amenities are great. We can't complain at all.

Amenities not maintained adequately

Of the year lease, 1/4 of the time the hottub has been broken. When asked they repeatedly say we don’t pay for amenities. Still waiting on hottub to be fixed. It’s been over 3 months. No security for pool and strangers come in during summer. Told they can’t afford to have security monitor who enters into pool through main building.
