Great Place

Me and my girlfriends experience living here has been fun. Aside from very minor inconveniences like there not being very much parking for me since my gf parks in our appointed spot, this being made worse when they made the majority of the parking spots on one side of the building for customers only, little frustrating. When we first moved in around may the amenities were great, but due to their being a lot of irresponsible adults the hottub and pool were closed down consistently to clean them out if glass was broken or something. Other than that it has been a great experience living here.

A great place to call home.

I've lived here since June, 2023. What I like most about living here are the amenities, speed of maintenance, the residents (courteous), and the layout of my unit. Apex has a sort of hotel feel to its ambience. I would highly recommend the Apex for its appeal, staff and modern conveniences.
