Overall ok, but disorganized and a lot of maintenance issues

A lot of things don't work, cleanliness is not very well kept, no peep holes, the mail delivery system has a lot of issues, but overall, the place is liveable.

Couldn't be happier

We decided to live downtown so that we could be closer to things in town. Took a chance on Renew (had never even noticed it previously) and we lucked into what is probably the best unit in the building. Perfectly located in the middle of town, it has been super convenient and we love it. Have to be honest, first few months were a little rocky because I think the management team was having some issues, but all of that got resolved and things have been great. Maintenance folks are always around and ready to solve issues, and the management office is always friendly, helpful and professional. Living downtown isn't for everyone, but if you want to be in the middle of things, you can't do much better than this location. I've lived in Old Town previously and I can say that cost-wise and quality of life, I've absolutely zero complaints. I really like the team here, would definitely recommend it to folks who are interested in living downtown.
