Good rental property with great amenities.

The building property has covered parking, secured entry/exit and is in a great location. The apartments are old with some outdated appliances (no centralized A/c but instead individual units in rooms etc.) but the locaiton and amenities like indoor gym, covered parking etc. makeup for it.
