Could be better

For as much money as you pay here....washers and dryers should be fixed and never broken or when they are, have them fixed in a timely manner. It's nice having a parking garage but it's always filthy as well as the laundry rooms but especially the 6th floor. All the walls have scratches on them and haven't been painted in who knows how long with old fake plants that are completely covered in dust. When you talk to the office about this they say..."hang in there, we're working on it". But NEVER any change. This building has a lot of history and could be a beautiful place if someone would just do it. Don't tell me you don't have the money and if you don't have the man power....hire it done.

We're pet friendly!  No weight limit. All breeds welcome. Our community requires a $200 deposit and $200 pet fee per pet. Two pet limit per apartment.
