Our beautiful Wichita apartments come in a variety of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartment floor plans to choose from, all equipped with some of the best features. Each of our apartment homes comes with electric appliances, garbage disposals, energy-efficient heat/air, and much more! APPLICATION FEES & SECURITY DEPOSITS: • $40 Application Fee per adult or guarantor (if applicable) is due at the time of applying. • $100 Non-Refundable Holding Fee per apartment due at the time of applying. • Security Deposit ranges from $250 up to a full month's rent.* Amounts are based on combined household screening results on credit, income, and rental history. • The Security Deposit must be paid in full within 72 hours of application approval, or your application will be moved to the Waitlist. • Short-term leases require additional monthly up-charge and are dependent on availability. Please contact the office for pricing and availability. • Renter's Insurance is required. Good location but poor maintenance

I lived there for about a year and the maintenance kept getting worse over time. If you are looking for affordability and location it is good, but at the same time there are other places that are similar prices and also cheaper where you can get a more better value for your buck.

Love this place

I like the professionalism of everything. Always on top of the care of property and keep things up and in good shape. I've lived here since 2005 and with new management they have given this place a very homey feeling. You can tell they care about the residents and we're not just an apartment number to them. This by far has been my favorite management company. Maintenance is on top of everything and responds fast. Kimberly in the office is sweet, professional and friendly.
