Apartment has every amenity needed and all are in very good condition(just like new), Maintenance team are very responsive and will be on time. Very silent environment and people who doesn't prefer noisy environment definitely likes this.

Maintenance issues are handled in a haphazard manner; most times closed before being fully resolved. Recurring issue of neighbors parking on sidewalk making it hard for me to get in and out of my apartment that is acknowledged but not being addressed. Not to mention parking on this sidewalk blocks a stop sign to a busy road within the community which is a serious safety issue. These illegal parkers also block my already hard-to-find apartment making it hard for my visitors and deliveries to find me. Meanwhile, they will send you a message on the second of each month at 10am demanding rent twice now when it has been paid. The first time this happened manager put a retaliatory note on my door hours AFTER I had paid my rent because I brought up this parking issue that is in the lease. Referring me to maintenance is not addressing the issue that Fogelman pays you to enforce as part of your duties as manager. The amount charged for utilities especially water if you are a single occupant is very exorbitant!

We moved in very recently sight unseen as we were moving from a different state. The staff was so helpful getting us set up to move in and assisting with anything we needed! We love the apartment and the neighbors are all very quiet. There were a few things needing to be fixed upon move-in and maintenance was out the next day fixing it. Maintenance is super quick and friendly. The staff is amazing. I could not say better things about this complex thus far.
