Needs some work

The ladies at the office are nice, however we were told before we moved in that if we had a maintenance issue, once we submitted a request, it would be properly taken care of the following morning, which it never is. We still have a few maintenance issues that have yet to be taken care of. My mom mentioned about getting a handicapped sign for the parking area close to our apartment and they said they would have to talk to their upper management. We heard back a week later(last week of April)that they could place a sign, but as of the last week of Juiy, there still is no sign. We received an email a couple weeks ago rrom their corporate office asking about our experiences, we told them as we mentioned here and nothing was ever done. It seems the company only cares about getting their rent versus the happiness of its tenants. We do enjoy the openness and natural light our apartment offers, we just wish the office cared about fixing our maintenance issues, then everything would be great.
