I enjoy living here for the most part. Occasionally its tough to find parking but not often. Pretty quiet for the most part. Staff is friendly. Certain staff may take their time doing things rhat truly could be done more efficiently but not all

I love watercrest amenities are top notch. Everyone is so friendly and summers and pool time are the best. Maintenance are speedy and everything you could ever need is within 3 miles

Watercrest Apartments

I loved the location until they have cut down the all the trees for I assume the hospital going in. You can hear a lot through the floors. Maintenance is great!!! Amenities are pretty good! Apartment is nice layout and space is great. Great location for us.

With all these benefits, we understand why you would want to have a lovable companion to greet you upon your return every evening. WaterCrest at City Center believes that pet-friendly apartments are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. We welcome cats and dogs under 85lbs. with $335.00 pet fee (+$35.00 for 2 pets) and an additional $25.00 in pet rent per pet. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call during our normal business hours to ask about our pet policies and our pet-friendly amenities.
