I love my BIG Spacious, Well Built Apartment
I have lived at The Vista's of Wingate Towers for nearly ten years. I know my next door neighbors and we look out for each other. I have a large apartment with a balcony and beautiful lighting. I live on a higher floor so I can hear the wind and birds. My friends can come over and park easily. The grounds are kept clean and the hallways mopped daily. It is a gated community with onsite security. Of course there are things I can complain about, but for the most part it is a bargain to live here in the District. I would recommend.

Eleven years and loving it
I have lived on this property for 11 years I've seen the change hands multiple times the present management keeps up with the repairs they're very friendly and very accommodating I love living here
