Listen the apartment was great. The maintenance crew guys were reliable and the amenities were fantastic. But some of the property managers staff would just drive me nuts. There was this one woman who i just sense hated me everytime i came to her office. And it just bother me.

A wonderful experience

We def recommend checking out and consider staying in these luxury apartments. We have been living here for over 3 years now and have never run into any issues. The prop management team is supportive and responsible with handling any requests they receive.

Nice Amenities in a Nice Part of Town

We have lived here for almost a year and have really enjoyed our apartment. It is very nice inside and has nice features/finishes. The amenities here are awesome (year-round pool/hot tub, gym), but you pay for them with the high rent price & the monthly fees. For example, you have to pay a monthly 'common electric bill' that is usually equivalent to half of what you already pay for the electric for your unit. The location is nice, within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and parks. When there isn't a concert at Fiddler's Green (we can hear the music in our apartment), the area is generally very quiet. General parking is an open lot that always has spaces. The maintenance staff is always cleaning so things are usually spotless. The office staff takes from a few days to a week to respond to emails, going in to the office in person is generally the best way to talk to someone.
