While the location, my neighbors and Leigh, the manager are great. There is much that can better; 1. Lighting the parking lot. It's very dark. As a female it's concerning 2. 24/7 access to laundry with an access code. On many occasions, I have had to postpone due to inaccessibility. 3. Value-No covered parking, no dishwashers, no microwaves. I pay for all of my utilities. There is very little value for the $1200 per month, I pay. Thank you for taking these items into consideration and making some adjustments. ~abbey

I DEFINITELY pay too much for what we get. I have ZERO amenities. No pool, no gym, the laundry room is there, at best. The exterior IS and LOOKS old. My apartment, has no microwave, no dishwasher. It's basic at best but I pay $1200 with my utilities. Leigh is great, she keeps lawn looking great. She is quick to respond to my needs and fix any issues. Parking is ample, but I did have an issue with someone trying to break into my car. I had to replace my driver side key lock(over $500). We need lights in the parking lot. Of course, the location is great.

Not having access to laundry room during the hours noted. New machines would also be fantastic!

A code to use the laundry room, would make it so much more convenient. Otherwise, this is a great place. Leigh is fantastic. Always very responsive. The property is kept very nice with good curb appeal.

Very outdated and non reliable laundry. Location is good, area is safe, manager is onsite.

I really like the place. Nice and quiet area!
