The apartment itself is very nice but honestly everything else is pretty subpar. The parking situation has only gotten worse since the introduction of payed parking (which takes up half the total parking available). There where already covered lots and underground parking that where available that where never full, so I fail to see why more payed spots where added except to get more money out of the tenants. I’ve also had nothing but problems when it comes to noise from any of our upstairs neighbors. I understand that some noise is to be expected when living in an apartment but when children are screaming at all hours of the day and night and there banging on the floor hard enough to rattle the light I find that a little ridiculous. When brought to the property staff they say just to call security when it happens past quite hours but security can’t do anything if no one answers the door. I understand that the staff can only do so much but after several months of complaining there was very little done. The property itself is very well maintained which is a plus and the location is very close to a verity of restaurants, but overall I’d say the price isn’t worth it. I will definitely not be renewing my lease.

Parking outside building 2 is a bit tight and every once and a while a place will fly directly overhead, but other than that I don't have any complaints after almost a month here
