Apartment home

The parking can be problematic. The pool is small. The veranda near the pool is cool. They had a dog wash room for awhile but they removed the lock and not sure if it's available any longer, management hasn't said anything about it. They didn't open the pool one Sunday for an unexplained reason. Relatively clean property. Walls and floors let through a lot of noise from neighbors.

Good value & location

Copper Terrace is very close to many different restaurants as well as the highway. Overall, the location is safe and quiet. The units could use some renovation, but its been a good place to live this past year.

good location

I been here over year, only thing I am happy with is the location. The management keeps changing, so does maintenance department employees. The new maintenance crew actually tries, and getting things fixed. New management is making things worse. Not enough new amenities keys, not in rush to get more for all the residents. Parking is nightmare now, you $8.00 per car, and cars getting towed with expired tags, with no time given even to renew them.
