Loving it!

The location is great and the apartments are clean and easy to access. You don't hear much noise from neighbors, and the trash butler is a great service! I especially like that the office has hours until 6-7pm so it allows me to still get to them after I leave work.

copper terrace

I love the location. The complex is small, which I like( cozy). Parking is problematic ( I work late nights) so when I get home, I have hard time finding parking. Even though we pay $8.00 for parking. Complex is old, so appliances are old. Noise level is low. Lot of the apartments are only connected on one side. Plus. don't hear the upstairs neighbors . Management tries to accommodate as much as possible, let 's you know what is going on.

Disappointing

The hose for water irrigation is sticking out from my backyard area, there is also razor sharp metal sticking out of the ground about 25 feet across the backyard area. I’ve been requesting to get this fixed since I’ve moved in. And nothing, no one has done anything . For as much as I pay, and all these extra fees. I would atleast like to have a SAFE area that I pay for
