Lots of batkjng dogs. Security gate is diabled. Trask dumpseter is a def problem. Parking is horrific. Mutual cars due to multiple residents of a unit. No enforcement. Quit location.

Five-Star Review for Maintenance and Office Staff ????? I cannot say enough good things about the maintenance and office staff at my apartment complex! From the moment I moved in, they have been incredibly welcoming and responsive to all my needs. The office team is always friendly, professional, and willing to help with any questions or concerns I have. The maintenance staff is equally impressive; they address requests promptly and efficiently. Whenever I’ve had a maintenance issue, they’ve been on it within hours, ensuring everything is resolved quickly. Their attention to detail and dedication to maintaining a comfortable living environment truly sets them apart. I feel fortunate to call this place home, knowing that I have such reliable and caring staff looking out for my needs. Highly recommend!

This complex has the worst parking out of anywhere I've lived. When trying to get staff on the phone or in the office there is little to no consistency when answering questions about wrongfully added expenses as well as other issues due to the incredibly high turnover or lack of staffing. Other residence continue to affect us by either causing water damage or noise issues however, despite multiple complaints, nothing seems to have been done. For what we pay in rent I would expect better service as well as apartments compared to neighboring communities.
