Great place to live but property cleaning of hallways and stairs need to get cleaned better and alwys the carpet hallways should be vacuumed daily.

A pleasant experience

Comfortable, pleasant, friendly! We have been living in this complex for a little over 6 months. Very satisfied. It has a very friendly and welcoming staff. They are always ready to help and advise. Many thanks to Patrick, he is incredible)) Compdex is very conveniently located, close to shops, transport interchange, cafes and restaurants. The complex has a convenient gym and a swimming pool. My family and I recommend this complex.

Wonderful apartment

I found Marq very quickly and the process to get in was super simple. I love my garage parking and the pool. I am first level near staircase and doors so i do hear a lot of additional noise. Aside from that, no complaints.

Great location.

Ive lived here for going on three years, now, and am overall satisfied. The leasing office personnel are very friendly, and seem to value my residency and care about maintaining the property. For the amount of residents here, its surprisingly quiet l, peaceful, and neighbors are respectful and clean. Few major security issues. The new management company has invested in property upkeep and improvements such as landscaping, painting, secured package delivery area, regular cleaning of common areas including recent residential building carpet cleaning, and they do a good job keeping the grounds presentable. I would like to see security cameras installed for hallways, parking lots etc, not just cameras covering the property owners investment and owned areas. Nice maintained pool, & barbecue areas. The fitness center and game room/clubhouse are really nice for an apartment complex. Parking is first come, first served (and prime spots fill up at night) , and $8 monthly, unless you pay aprox $100 monthly for a garage. I have suggested several times that controlled access gates would better serve residents rather than residents paying a third party company $8 a month to register and park their vehicles. If you or your guests ($3 nightly) dont keep your vehicle info updated with the parking company you will be towed without notice for aprox $250 to retrieve your vehicle, no exceptions whatsoever, period, trust me. No elevators here, so keep that in mind if you select a third floor unit. The walls are pretty thin here and the units are very close, so you will hear your neighbors. Thankfully Ive lucked out and had realitively quiet neighbors. If not for the convenient location and closeness to my work, I would definitely move to a less expensive complex, as the value here is mainly the location, quiet environment and secure area.
