Convenient location

Lived here for almost 6 years now, and have no major complaints. Leasing office staff has changed several times, but have been overall helpful and friendly. Surprisingly quiet community for the amount of residents here and how close the units are to each other. If you have quiet and respectful neighbors you’ll be fine, as ive had. Convenient parking to your building is sparse in the evening, and you’ll pay $8 monthly for residential parking , plus any quests will have to register their cars to park and pay $3 nightly or risk being towed, without exception or warning. No security cameras other than for the office, gym, and very limited common areas. No elevators, so youll get a workout in during your move in or for hauling groceries upstairs unless you get a ground floor unit. No major security issues, a few trespassers late at night and some cars have been broken in to and stolen in the past. For the location, and amenities Marq Inverness is an above average place to live.
