Noise issues and sound coming from bathroom are annoying but other than that i have loved living here. The staff especially Timothy has been great

Been here 10 months. The amenities and whatnot are nice, only issues ever are with the pool shutdowns, wifi outages, and garage door failures. The pool shuts down mostly due to glass being in it - which you can't bring glass near it anyways so that's just some of the residents being stupid. The garage doors will malfunction probably once a month, but there are two so its not super impactful. The wifi outages is probably my biggest critique. When it works, it's great. But the ISP is pretty shotty - haven't seen a good review of them ever - and it'd be much nicer to have fiber. There's an option to switch off of the GigStream plan but the only other option is 5G - which doesn't boast super impressive speeds. I've had a technician out 3 times. One time it took two weeks to resolve the issue (they just needed to replace one switch in the network room). I work from home and it's not been impossible - just annoying. If this place had fiber infrastructure, better functioning garage doors, and smart residents who don't break glass it'd be like the year 3000. The surrounding area is very nice, great restaurants, right off the I-25, and not terribly far from the mountains.

This community is the perfect area to live in, the leasing and maintenance staff is amazing, and the property is so clean. Glad to call Hensley my home.

Beautiful property. Amenities are great. Only negatives to the property is that there is no insulation between the walls and I can hear my neighbor literally sneeze as well as no concrete between floors. I should not be able to hear every step from my neighbor above me.

I enjoy this place. The only thing is that my door was not built correctly and asked maintenance to repair it and they did the best they could, but it is still not good.
