The apartment is nice, typical, but without a pool, spa. Nice common area and movie room. Clean and well kept. Maintenance is excellent, always friendly, considerate and competent. Apartments are well insulated with minimal noise from neighbors In new a construction building, elevators are frequently out of order, blamed on tenants, Secure garage door has not worked in months. Sprinkler system has flooded 20 apartments over 2 mild winters the building has been open. No responsibility taken by the management company or communication during restoration process. The manager is a disappointment . . . condescending and hostile to tenants, less than truthful and blames residents for issues. There are inappropriate memos to not gossip, instructions on behavior unrelated to apartment business or conduct, and threats of random inspections. The highway noise is loud when doors or windows are open, but blocked out when closed. If you can avoid or ignore the above mentioned issues, it's good. Weigh your pros and cons and make sure you have adequate insurance coverage.

The manager is a big bully. I try not to have any contact with her. She blames the residents if the elevator stops working, saying they ram their wheel chairs and walkers into them, and that causes the elevators to break down. I have been begging for safety bars in my bathroom since I moved in which I am going into my second year living here...no bars yet. It's November 2023 I just hope I don't fall. I am so sorry I moved her but I wanted to be near my granddaughters. I don't know how much longer I can stay here.
