Good Location/Home
This apartment, optimally located near local transit, has become quite the home in the time I have spent there.
This place could do a lot better
This place over all is a nice pld building with a lot of plumbing issue. My honest opinion, this place can do a lot better with bette rmanagement and stuff. The stuff and manager are friendly, but don’t get the job done properly and in timely manner. I had plumbing issue for almost a month and yet strugelling with getting to talk to manager. She is not availble, not in her office nor on the phone during office hours. It’s bizar that you have urgent issue in your unit and the manager is sipmly ignores you call and refuses to send you update on ongoing issue, yes she left and emegency phone number in her voice mail and that phone number does not exist!. She might not be in fault, as I’m sure the management company is cheap to pay for any repair and make her get quotes to pay the laast to repair and fix a problem. Overall I would not rwcommend this place to take the risk ans deal with this envinment if you are picky with normal expection.
The Management is wonderful
I moved into Park Manor about a month ago. The On-Site Manager Gladys is wonderful. She is kind, courteous and gets stuff done. I've worked in customer experience for 19 years in banking and she is exceptional at that. I had one issue with noise and Gladys immediately took care of the situation. The gentleman in charge of maintenance is meticulous and makes sure the units are in perfect condition before a resident moves in. Every week they are cleaning the hallways and maintaining the outside. I've never lived in and apartment that they spent so much effort in maintaining and attention to detail.
