We've lived in Jaclyn Terrace apartments for two years now and there were a few things that drew us to this place: parking, a pool, the size of the apartments (SO spacious), and Paula the manager. Meeting her and getting to tour sealed the deal for us. She was so kind and inviting and since living there has been so helpful when we are in need. The BEST Property Manager in SoCal

In the 40 years I’ve lived in LA, I’ve never had a Property Manager as wonderful as Paula. From the first time we met her she made my family feel at ease with her warm and friendly personality! Moving can be very stressful but she definitely made our transition effortless. Paula really puts the tenants’ needs first and has impeccable customer service. She has always been available, day or night. She truly goes above and beyond for the people living in her buildings. Paula cares about people and it really shows through in her daily work. To live in a building she manages is a pleasure. We have lived in Jaclyn Terrace Apartments for almost 3 years now and feel grateful for such a positive experience!

Paula Jones and Jesus Sanchez, you guys are the best! Thanks for all the help last summer, getting my air conditioning and rooftop venting situation completed. Jesus, you are always “right on time,” and I owe you a big public “thank you!” I’ve been in the building 14 of the last 16 years, and no manager has been as helpful and reliable as you. Present, reliable, friendly, honest and concise are all words I can use to describe your contribution to my life at Jaclyn Terrace.
