We've lived in Jaclyn Terrace apartments for two years now and there were a few things that drew us to this place: parking, a pool, the size of the apartments (SO spacious), and Paula the manager. Meeting her and getting to tour sealed the deal for us. She was so kind and inviting and since living there has been so helpful when we are in need. Jaclyn Terrace, you are lucky to have a manager that cares as much as she.

In the 40 years I’ve lived in LA, I’ve never had a Property Manager as wonderful as Paula. From the first time we met her she made my family feel at ease with her warm and friendly personality! Moving can be very stressful but she definitely made our transition effortless. Paula really puts the tenants’ needs first and has impeccable customer service. She has always been available, day or night. She truly goes above and beyond for the people living in her buildings. Paula cares about people and it really shows through in her daily work. To live in a building she manages is a pleasure. We have lived in Jaclyn Terrace Apartments for almost 3 years now and feel grateful for such a positive experience!

We have been living here for over 6 years and have had a few managers But non compare to our current manager Paula. I gotta say Woow what an incredible job she does. Always available always understanding and willing to resolve issues in a timely and friendly matter. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful hard working manager

Paula Jones and Jesus Sanchez, you guys are the best! Thanks for all the help last summer, getting my air conditioning and rooftop venting situation completed. Jesus, you are always “right on time,” and I owe you a big public “thank you!” I’ve been in the building 14 of the last 16 years, and no manager has been as helpful and reliable as you. Present, reliable, friendly, honest and concise are all words I can use to describe your contribution to my life at Jaclyn Terrace. And also Paula, I have always appreciated your personal and friendly advice in our “garage talks.” Lol :) I hope you never leave your post as long as I am in the building, it would not be the same without you ! -BB

I just wanted to give a shout out to our wonderful building manager Paula ! I have lived here over 22 years and she is by far the best! Kind, courteous, honest she gets things done! She looks out for her tenants and goes out of her way to make sure your needs are met ! I give her infinite Star rating!

The manager at the Jaclyn terrace apartments is great. She really takes her time to make sure all the needs of the tenants and visiting guest are met. She is clear in her explanation of the building, units and rules, and does her best to make sure the place is a safe, clean, and respectable environment to live in.
