We been here for almost 4 years and enjoying every day that we’ve been here. What I like most is that the community is quiet, feels safe and secure. Secondly, the management cares about the residents, listen to suggestions, continously improves the community. Maintenance is 100%, and any concern/s are immediately attended to. Office staff is very courteous and helpful.

I have lived here for 2 years. I can and do complain about the need for upgrading the premises and maintaining the plantings in particular. Yes, things could be better but the staff are really nice and personable, and most of the residents are as well. It's a friendly place. The last time I lived in an apartment maybe 40 years ago; I've owned 7 houses and loved them all. But I have to admit that I have been happiest living at Valley Oaks Village and that's why, despite some improvable areas, I choose to live here.

very pleasant place to live with a friendly office and maintenance staff . Angela the office manager is a very capable business person. she is a valuable asset to the company she works for . and she has a great smile also
