Great place to live

I have been here for 5 years and enjoyed every year here. The staff are responsive to requests for maintenance quickly. They’re always very kind and helpful during the Covid isolation times. I recommend this company heartily .

I will renew my lease

I have not had an issue since living here besides the garage doors, they are old, mine has broken twice but maintenance fixed it timely. I been here a year and plan to renew my lease depending on the renewal price. The area I am in, its quiet overall. No real complaints.

Apartment review

There are a couple of things that I like living here but there are a lot of things that need to be updated. For starters , I love the location but being on the bottom I can hear everything and every step on top. It appears as though there isn't any cushion between the ceiling and floor. Secondly, the appliances and air conditioner is old and outdated. And lastly, the bathrooms are too small and the kitchen cabinets do not close properly. For the price I think it's over priced. This place could be really nice if it were updated and things were replaced and not simply duck taped.
