Dronfield Apartments has been a wonderful complex for my husband and I this past year. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops in walking or driving distance! The complex is always clean and well taken care of with easy on site laundry, parking and a pool. We love our apartment and everything that comes with it!
They are very good when it comes to maintenance and getting things done. They always keep it very clean. Management is wonderful.

Very good apartment. I would definitely remember and refer to a friend family member or acquaintances.
I enjoy living here. The value is pretty solid considering we are in downtown Newhall. I walk everywhere i want or need to be.
