Terrace employee harassment

I have been living in theses apartments for 10 years with no issues. But lately I have been harrassed and stressed out by an employee that also lives in the units. She keeps leaving letters at my door accusing us of loud noises which is untrue, her balcony and garage is worse than all tenants yet she’s demanding we clear out.

Been here a little over a month, some issues with the apt. Plugs not working, doorbell not working. Alot of people are pigs, trash thrown everywhere. Trash cans filthy because people just throw trash anywhere. Alot of people not picking up after their dogs. Otherwise, we enjoy living here.
