Too noisy

Could really be a nice community but some areas have neighbors that have no regard for their neighbors, especially for those who have small children that need to sleep . Way too noisy. I think we just chose the wrong building.

Community

Maintenance is a little slow handling tickets in put to have toilet mechanism replaced took a month. Noise was decent the first year, but a neighbor at the end of the building downstairs is the worse noise level i could ever imagine would be allowed in such a nice community. A little graffiti is starting to sprout up, but is covered in some places quickly. Parking is tough if you have 2 cars because parking for the second is like playing a shuffle game. It’s unfortunate because we only have one street to park on. Usually there is always side streets. Staff in the office are really friendly and helpful. Pool near the other side of the property during the summer is always filled with kids and no parents to be found (very dangerous). Otherwise a nice place to live.

Lifestyle

The community is actually really nice. It would be nice if they not only cut, blow property but also pick up large pieces of blown debris that flys around when they come. Some areas have excessive debris and the pool by the tot lot is never clean. I do not take guest to that pool, it’s very embarrassing. Noise is almost none existent after 10:30p, very nice. Friendly neighbors.
